Devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help is rooted in the ancient icon tradition of the Church and has become one of the most beloved Marian devotions among Catholics throughout the world. The image presents the Blessed Virgin Mary as the Mother who holds Christ close while the Archangels Michael and Gabriel show the instruments of His Passion.
