The Saint’s Story

Carlo Acutis was born in London in 1991 and raised in Milan, Italy. From childhood, he showed a remarkable love for the Eucharist, calling it central to his life and drawing strength from prayer, Mass, and Eucharistic adoration. Though he enjoyed ordinary interests such as computers, friends, and family life, he sought to place everything at the service of Christ. Carlo used his technical gifts to create a website cataloging Eucharistic miracles, hoping others would come to believe more deeply in the Real Presence. He died of leukemia in 2006 at the age of fifteen, offering his suffering to God. His short life continues to encourage Catholics to seek holiness with joy, purity, and courage.
